1) Return Policy
At Rainbow Boutique, you may return items within 7–14 days if they are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags.
For hygiene reasons, earrings, undergarments, swimwear, and face accessories are non-returnable.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. Approved returns will be exchanged or issued as store credit.
2) Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours, as long as they have not been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.
3) Shipping Policy
Rainbow Boutique ships nationwide in Malaysia and worldwide.
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days.
Delivery time: Malaysia 5–9 days, International 7–21 days.
A tracking number will be provided once shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
